Reliable construction company in Toronto
Need to do a full renovation of a 2-bedroom apartment in downtown Toronto (demolition, wiring, plumbing, drywall, flooring, kitchen, bathroom). Looking for a normal licensed company with a contract, warranty and no “price will be clear later” surprises. Any recommendations?

We finished a complete renovation of a 3-bedroom house in Markham with Imperial Group in spring 2025 and have only good things to say. Fixed price after detailed estimate (no surprises), official contract, all permits pulled by them, 3-year warranty, daily updates with photos in WhatsApp. The crew is polite, site cleaned every evening, all garbage removed at their expense. Timeline was 14 weeks — finished exactly on the promised day.
