Understanding Caregiver Responsibilities
Hi everyone, I recently started helping my elderly grandmother at home, and I’m realizing that I’m not entirely sure what all my responsibilities should be. I want to make sure I’m covering her needs without missing anything important, but it’s a bit overwhelming figuring out what a caregiver is actually expected to do on a daily basis. Does anyone have guidance on this?

It included tasks like assisting with personal hygiene, preparing meals, helping with mobility, household chores, and even providing emotional support and companionship. Having a detailed overview like that made it much easier to plan the day and feel confident I wasn’t missing anything critical.
