Want easier access to the main return duct behind the living room wall for filter changes and duct cleaning. Any panels that handle airflow without rattling?

Return duct access prevents major demo for cleaning. I use panels with gasketed edges to minimize air leaks and dampened latches so they stay silent during fan operation. Thick construction resists flexing from pressure changes. Painted to match the wall it looks intentional. I’ve cleaned ducts yearly without trouble. I mounted a solid drywall access panels (20×30) over the return opening and it’s been quiet and effective. Add extra blocking for large spans.
