My Boss Is Toxic
My boss takes credit for everyone's work and yells if anyone questions him. He acts like he's better than everyone and destroys people's confidence. Could someone point me to something on what is narcissism and its causes — definition of the disorder, development factors (parenting, genetics, psychological background)? I want to understand if this is a disorder.
